Delivery Fee

A flat fee of R100 applies to all orders under R750, anywhere in South Africa. Orders Over R750 will qualify for free shipping.

Special Cases

For items with unusual size or weight requiring a different delivery rate, we will contact you to arrange suitable shipping options.

Shipping Process

We use trusted third-party couriers: Courier Guy, Fastway Couriers, and Pudo for rural areas where Courier Guy or Fast Way cannot deliver.
Orders placed before 16h00 on regular business days are typically dispatched the following day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or additional charges for re-shipment.
