These are structured days that include skills development, exercise, and socialisation.

Important Booking Information 📍 Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 15:00 📞 Office Line: 076 888 0142 ⏰ Pick-Up Policy: Dogs must be collected before 16:00. Late collections will result in your dog being kenneled overnight, and a boarding fee will be charged. Collection will then be available the next day during office hours. ( reasonable arrangements will be considered for later pick up)

To ensure we continue offering safe, high-quality care with trained staff, small groups, and a well-maintained facility, Best Friends Dog School will be updating our Day Care service rates from 1 February 2026.

A new 10% multi-dog discount will now also be available for families whose dogs can safely share a crate during transport (applies to transport-based services only).

How It Works

We make doggy day care simple, safe, and full of fun!

1️⃣ Register Your Dog

Sign up via our Doggy Dashboard or contact us directly. We’ll need up-to-date vaccination records, proof of sterilisation (for dogs over 6 months), and a signed waiver to ensure everyone’s safety.

2️⃣ Choose Your Day Care Plan

Select from our flexible options—whether you prefer a one-off drop-in, a lively midweek outing, or our structured weekly club.

🔎 Note on Pricing:
Dogs over 30 kg, power breeds, or those needing individual support may incur a slightly adjusted rate. We’ll always discuss this upfront to ensure your dog receives the best care suited to their needs

3️⃣ Drop Off & Pick Up

Day care runs from 07:00–16:00. Kindly collect your dog by 16:00. Late pickups (after 16:30) will be charged a boarding fee, as we transition to our evening routine.

4️⃣ Go Home with a Happy, Tired Dog

After a day of safe play, enrichment, and socialisation, your Bestie will be content, sleep-ready, and full of tail wags.

- Spay/Neuter: All dogs must be sterilised unless otherwise assessed for group compatibility.
- Behaviour: Dogs should be well-socialised, non-reactive, and non-aggressive. Assessments are available for dogs with special needs.
