This low-carb, single-grain (rice-based) diet is free from corn, soya, and artificial colours or flavours, providing excellent digestibility and steady energy.

Your dog’s food, water, walks, and camp-time activities are included in the daily rate.
If your dog has special dietary needs or eats a prescription food, you are welcome to bring their own meals for us to serve according to their schedule.

Daily Routine and Playtime

Every day includes a balance of physical activity, social interaction, and relaxation.
Our staff monitor all guests closely and adjust playtime to match each dog’s energy and temperament — whether they love joining group play, prefer one-on-one walks, or simply enjoy quiet cuddles.

We use enrichment games, sensory play, and positive-reinforcement handling to make each stay fun and fulfilling.

Keeping You Connected

We know how much you miss your dog while you’re away. Our team happily provides updates and photos so you can see how your furry friend is doing.
For longer stays, you may even spot your dog on our Facebook page enjoying playtime with friends.

 Booking and Rates

Boarding fees include everything your dog needs — meals, fresh water, daily walks, camp time, and personal care.

We charge for both the day of arrival and the day of departure, regardless of the time, to ensure each space is thoroughly prepared for every guest. Even on the day of departure, our team continues to care for your dog — feeding, exercising, and ensuring their comfort until you collect them.

Bookings are open year-round, but holiday seasons fill up fast, so please book early to secure your dog’s spot.

What is our ‘Best Friends’ Daily Routine?

  • Wake Up Service: Early morning walk/run about – a great way to wake up, take care of any toilet business, and take advantage of the morning fresh air.
  • Breakfast: After the morning walkabout, doggies are moved into the day camps and breakfast is served.
  • Exercise and Playtime: Regularly scheduled walks, play sessions, enrichment activities and socialisation with other dogs (if your dog is social and where safely possible all “playdates” are small, short and supervised).
  • Rest Time: Designate quiet times for rest and naps. During peak summer, dogs are returned to the kennels to ensure proper protection from the heat of the day. During colder winters, we use our discretion – dogs may remain in the day camp to laze in the cosy winter sun.
  • Exercise and Playtime: Regularly scheduled walks, play sessions, enrichment activities and socialisation with other dogs (if your dog is social and where safely possible).
  • Daily Grooming
  • Dinner Time
  • Last Call: Final walkabouts. Dogs are moved to individual Kennel Suites, prepared for nighttime, water check, bed-making, and bedtime snacks from home.
